Bioshock Infinite was an amazing game in all aspects. It was the first game I played on my newly built system which pushed it to its limits. It is unfortunate that Irrational Games closed its doors.

Superior graphics, AI, and audio. Don't make a kick-ass game. IMO, the greatest video game of all time is Star Control 2 (1993)

I own a green laser pointer refereed to as a star pointer since the beam is easier to follow into the night sky. I use it to point to stars and constellations to educate my daughter. Software patents need extreme reform. In their present form, It's like Tylenol patenting the concept of ingesting substance to relieve pain. The patent office would never permit that. Tylenol has to patent the specific formula of their pain reliever. This allows other companies to create a competing product that is a completely different formula but produces the same effect. Software patents should be the same. Company A's 4*5=20 should not infringe on company B's 10+10=20. Unfortunately, that is how software patents are being treated.

Though the ISP could throttle, demand a ridiculously expensive network usage fee to make the service unaffordable or even block services all together such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, I doubt they would. Any of those services would likely sue the ISP for anti-competitive practices.

Public uproar or not. If there is only 1 ISP available in an area, then the people are stuck with it whether they hate it or not.
