I think you missed the AC's point. Why is it the EPA's job to regulate such a kit? I could understand the DoT of the state, but the EPA? The only reason they claim regulatory ability is because of emissions (even though California has tougher standards) so any modification to the emission systems of your vehicle is illegal without their approval.

And have you seen the vehicles offered in CNG? They're just as awful and useless as the early hybrids (or even current hybrids). Not all of us are city dwellers who will never need to get off of a paved road.

I love being idiotic! "C# is better than Java anyway" is a blanket statement from an subjective zealot. Both languages have good features and bad features, but simply dismissing one because it isn't in your camp is rather short sighted.

Enums in Java allow behavior to be added to the class itself. Even if the state is immutable, the ability to extend an enum to add complex behavior based on the enum type itself, is something lacking in C#'s C-like enum support.

Citation needed. For instance, Java has much better enum support (they are proper objects) from my perspective.

It's great that Netflix bears the cost of buying the crap from Hollywood, and I don't have to spend more than $10/month to see some of it. I've watched some pretty awful movies, and been able to turn them off or return them at no additional cost for the next movie.

Exactly my point of being able to disable the feature. I disable the GPS and network based location providers in the settings, I'd prefer to keep some of them enabled and just disable the applications access to it.
