While I'm glad we finally have a reason to tell Donald to shut the hell up, I'm a little disappointed that this level of doubt existed to begin with. If any issue of his birth had been real, the background checks that they do on candidates would've shown it and he wouldn't've been able to run. In short, people are idiots and I'm glad they've got one less lie to propagate.

Where did you get the idea that Apple wants to be a part of the community? I thought the bulk of their selling point was that everything "just works." Sometimes, that means saying "suck it" to Flash. Sometimes that means building a walled garden and ignoring the people who just want to replace a battery. In this particular instance, I don't have a problem with removing an item from THEIR store that is just there to serve their COMPETITOR. From here, it sounds like whining that a Chevy dealership removed all the Ford pamphlets that someone left on the front desk (best car analogy I had). I'm not an Apple fanboy by any stretch of the imagination, but I honestly don't get why people think this is wrong.

I've said something similar to this for years. Phones take everything except the talking out of a conversation (body language, facial expressions). Text/IM takes everything except the words out of a conversation. Twitter/status updates take everything but your words out of a conversation.

I found the headline misleading. Georgia College is not doing this. North Georgia College isn't doing this. South Georgia College isn't doing this. East Georgia College isn't doing this. Not even Middle Georgia College is doing this. I'm just saying, if you're going to capitalize Georgia College, make sure that's actually in the name.
