The directions work--get the Windows binary and install it as a service, get the php_memcache.dll and
stick it in php/extensions and uncomment out the memcache stuff in php.ini
(Just remember, if you're using xampp, the correct php.ini to modify is:
xampp/apache/bin/php.ini ).
