These businesses were entitled to the money; they didn't lie, cheat or steal to obtain the loans. It's the business owners' responsibility to make choices that will ensure the survival of the business. It would be wrong for them to not apply for the loans.
It all depends on where you live. Quite a few counties have very low numbers of infected people, so there's also a low number of deaths. The county I'm in has less than 2 dozen active cases and only 2 deaths out of a population of 180,000. The transmission rate is also about half of that of a big city because people are more spread out.
The media keeps focusing on the situation in the large cities, which is dire, but America is mostly rural areas. Those rural areas are just not seeing a large impact from the virus.
It seems like a missed opportunity to simply ban smoking indoors when air quality standards could have be instituted.
You can update the textures, but you're still stuck with dated maps. The original Halo did a terrible job of pointing you in the right direction.
I'd like to see wifi routers that double as domain controllers or similar to make managing PCs for technically unfamiliar people easier.

Even with single-payer wouldn't you still need a private insurance plan for things that single-payer doesn't cover?
What do you do when your doctor doesn't accept single-payer insurance because their reimbursement rate is below his cost? Pay cash?

Public anonymity is an oxymoron. You're in public, there is no right to anonymity! This is something that people who live in small towns have known for a long time.
