Actually, I'm trolling. I don't think it's racist at all. People need to realize that not everything a person does related to another person is racist just because they are different races.

BTW... trying to win an argument using "moron" and "idiot" and other ad hominem attacks just shows how smart you really are.

So it's not racist to build a study with blatant selection bias into it, in order to provide a sense of evidence that white people have character flaw?

If this study were instead done on black people (or any other minority race) and white VR victims, with these results, wouldn't everyone be calling the study racist?

Well, everyone ought to know by now that that argument isn't going to fly if you put a copy of The Avengers on your personal home page. It's not obvious why that defense should work any better if you've violated someone's copyright by using their characters without permission, instead of just copying their movie.

It should be obvious that there is a difference. Putting The Avengers on your site for people to freely download is the same as distributing copies of a work without permission, which can result in a significant loss of income to the copyright holder. Copying the names of characters and their spirit (well, here even that is a bit of a stretch) does not result in loss of potential income. If damages are considered, the latter can be shown to have significantly less, or no, actual damages.

This advice is probably good, assuming folks aren't stupid.

Please people... this doesn't mean finding someone that has the measles, flu, pneumonia, Ebola, polio, whatever, and getting that person to cough on your kids or swap saliva or blood or anything liquid that comes from that person. That is very dangerous and can cause serious health consequences.

No duh, right? If only...
