I see your points, though don't agree that it would necessarily be a low likelihood method. I'm sure there's probably a way to initiate something starting with breathing difficulties that would more than likely lead to death by some path. It sounds like he suffered through a bunch of stuff, that doctors couldn't treat, before dying of MRSA complications. Maybe that's normal, maybe that's not. Less fishy than the random Polonium poisoning or "falling out a window" a certain Russian dictator likes, though the obviousness of those may be the point.

I have conflicting feelings about this.
The health "benefits" of lab-grown meat, have already been tested and proven. You'll be shocked to find the man-made hamburger is far less healthy for you than the old-fashioned alternative, no thanks to the Medical Industrial Complex lobbying to profit heavily from it.
Do you mean actual lab-grown meat or meat substitutes, like (Impossible|Beyond) Burger, etc...? 'Cause I believe you're correct on the latter that they're, at least, not as healthy(ier) than they claim all around.
DeSantis recently passed legislation
Technically, the Florida Congress passed it, he just signed it. Change the political make up of either and Florida changes -- probably for the better.
In the end, it all comes down to the corn lobby. Quick Gewgle Foo shows 40 percent of US corn is used as cattle feed. Ethanol MOVE OVER!
Mythbusters: Plausible.
Why does DeSantis hate the free market? If lab grown meat is so disgusting then consumers won't buy it and the problem takes care of itself.
The second part is obviously true, but you can't confuse him with facts and logic. Guessing he loves business, property and sales taxes more -- noting that FL doesn't have personal income taxes. According to Cattle in Florida there are a *bunch* of ranchers in Florida, presumably on a lot of land.
Today, there are more than 886 thousand head of cattle and 15,000 beef producers throughout Florida. Currently, Florida ranks 13th in overall cattle numbers nationwide. The three top ranking counties for cattle are Okeechobee, Highlands, and Osceola counties. Cash receipts from cattle and calf sales totaled over $546 Million.
Ron DeSantis is positioning himself for a Presidential run in 2028. All his political moves should be viewed with that in mind. He has no idea whether lab-grown meat is good or bad but he knows this will appeal to a certain section of the Republican base.
Ya, but in many ways, and ironically here, Ron himself is all hat, no cattle.
DeSantis said. "We will save our beef."
We will save our ranchers -- and the supporting industries.
I don't know much about the beef industry in Florida, but Cattle in Florida notes:

The chosen method of death here has so many factors layered on top of each other where every single layer needed to produce a fairly unlikely outcome.
To be fair (to the hypothetical assassin), there are many ways one can die starting from breathing difficulties. It didn't have to be complications from MRSA and most paths from having trouble breathing to death are a lot shorter and straighter. In any case, probably really difficult to prove foul play here, which would also be the point.
On the other hand, *two* Boeing whistleblower have died suddenly this year, and it's only May.
Maybe they rented one of these: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...

How much money does a parrot typically earn
It's not about that, but about how much they can (be convinced to) spend.
Think about them as a less-annoying child or non-working spouse.
What a waste of time.
Don't know about that. Many (most?) parrots will probably live longer than you. This makes them a better potential long-term consumer market than you. So knowing how to engage and interact with them and learn what they like could help drive ads and sales, long after you're dead.
I guess "smart" is another way of saying "subscription based" or "cloud connected" or "functions by using someone else's computer"
Or, at least, there are varying degrees of "smart". My thermostat is *not* connected, but the programmable features (which I don't use) are capable of learning a little bit, like how long it takes the house to come up/down to the programmed temp at different times of the day. So not super smart, but smarter than the old dial thermostats with mercury switches.
I have a 3-stage heat pump so have simply set the upper and lower temps and let it automatically switch between cool and heat throughout the year to keep the house in that range. I only have this level of "smart" thermostat because it came with the system when it was installed in 2005 -- replacing the previous system w/dial thermostat that were there when we bought the house in 1993.
Be careful when a loop exits to the same place from side and bottom.
