I have a PSVR headset, but not PSVR2. Why? Because Sony pissed me off by not making it backward compatible. I have a library of PSVR titles, and I would have certainly bought the PSVR2 had I been able to play them.

This decision was technically so stupid that I honestly think it was fueled by Sony's greed.
Why do I say that? Recurrent behavior.

_Remember when people started buying their VHS movies again on DVD this time? Well, Sony thought they'll make a portable console that reads a special format of small video disc. People will just buy their movies a 3rd time! Imagine the money!

_That portable console could be hooked to TV, so for its successor we will castrate it by removing the TV output, and we'll make a different, non-portable version, that connects to the TV so people buy two consoles instead of one! Genius! Imagine the money!

_PSVR2 not compatible with PSVR. Imagine the money!

Even LTSC will update without your consent though.

Disabling the windows update service (AND preventing updates in group policy) is not enough, because Win 10 has another service that will re-enable it against your will, and that felon service CANNOT be disabled.

If anyone has a solution about this on LTSC, I'm all ears.

This started right with Halo 2, minus art style, as it diverged in story (Sergeant: survived even though he was next to the explosion AND Cortana herself said there was NO survivors) and gameplay (too many points to list).

The only person who knew what a Halo game was left Bungie after Halo CE, he was the executive producer. The rest of the team drifted so much without him, they sank so much time in making the playable E3 demo that they couldn't finish the game on time. Hence the stupid "end" of Halo 2.
