I was a Marine stationed in Japan, and we used dollars on base for everything. We didn't use pennies though; they said it cost too much money to transport them over (I'd think the total number would remain relatively static, but whatever).
Many people dump their pennies in a jar, leave them in their car console and don't bother to pick them up when they hit the ground. The BX/PX would have to constantly replace the supply.

You missed the point of Shakespeare being taught in High School. The difficulty of reading Shakespeare is the point. By the time you reach High School you should already be a pretty proficient reader, but few have learned the skills necessary to trudge through something more difficult to read and gain anything useful from it. This is a very useful skill later in life. Ever read a tech manual?

When choosing from multiple choice and two answers are correct you should always choose the most correct answer. If you have between 101 and 200 feet of books it would be more correct to choose that option than the larger range. Or I could just be full of shit.

As interesting as this is I dread the assumptions that some will make of this. If Tetris can alter the brain then many will argue that violent video games also alter the brain, spurring their side of the debate. I would think that playing FPS games would alter the brain in a way that would make someone better at tasks that require quick reaction to visual stimuli.

The chocolate loving 40 must be post-menopausal and have type 2 diabetes so it can be determined if the flavonoid compounds in chocolate can reduce the risk of heart disease. Dr Peter Curtis, of the UEA's School of Medicine, said, "Our first volunteers are about to return for their final visit to see if the markers of heart health - such as blood pressure and cholesterol levels — have changed. A successful outcome could be the first step in developing new ways to improve the lives of people at increased risk of heart disease."
