While true, it is true. Fiat has a monopoly on the force that is used to back it. Crypto, without such a force, does not have that backing. And crypto is very unlikely to ever get it.

However I can see the value in visualizing information in 3D vs 2D. Your data density is cubed by adding another dimension.

Consider graphs of datapoints with a z axis that can be viewed by simply pivoting the perspective.
