Edward Snowden could be holding onto information on this, or something seriously damaging to the NSA for them to want to give him amnesty still. What he's leaked so far was old information, which Russell Tice had already leaked in 2006, and it just doesn't seem all that ground breaking. Nobody can prove that Aaron Alexis wasn't targeted with this system like he complained about. He was 34, an age most people don't develop psychosis, with no history of mental illness. He also passed background checks when he entered the military, and was computer literate, making me think he could tell if he was being remotely tampered with like his computer notes indicate. His Navy Yard Shooting may have been an act of revenge against his captors, or a way to get attention for what the government did to him. Because he was in the military, he would have been prime target for abuse and experimentation. The FBI covered up his abuse by claiming he was delusional with no solid proof.

Dial up, direct modem to modem communication for faxes? I use a modem in that case regularly. Also, connecting to my Galaxy S4 for internet connection sharing, I occasionally use the modem within the S4 via dial up networking.
