You mean the free 3g signal or the non-existent LTE signal? Eventually I hope that Sprint's declaration that they rolled LTE out in Dallas will actually become a reality. Look at their map! It's everywhere.. but if you drive around, it's nowhere:) Vaporware! But that doesn't stop them from selling you a phone and telling you that you will have LTE service. So bully for you that you have unlimited but I suspect when they really handle a LTE work load for their customers, that will go away..
If you are working long hours then you need to counter balance it with exercise. I would do yoga. It will stretch the back, the wrists, the legs, feet, etc. I used to have problems bending my wrists very far but now everything is pretty flexible. If you disregard this idea because "oh exercise.." then stupid is as stupid does..
