My point was I can get an official USAA application for the iPhone, probably for Android shortly, but there has never been that type of business support for Windows Mobile. How many business have an iPhone app but not a Windows Mobile app?
I think the problem is applications. Every bussines pushed out an iPhone app. Every business is pushing out an Android app. But where are the comparable Windows Mobile apps? If you want the platform to be successful, get bussines to push their services to it.
That explains why all those gourmet meals have such small portions! You have to eat it quickly.

Does it help you to know that you misread the summary?
A 737-700 has a fuel capacity of 6,875 gals and jet fuel weighs 6.84 lbs/gal so a 737-700 carries 47,025 lbs of jet fuel. If the D-Series uses 50-70% less fuel then you have a weight savings of 23,512-32,917 lbs. That seems pretty significant. Of course, this all assumes the D-Series is the same size as a 737... so who knows.
You can try the Sprint Everything Plus Plans (http://delivery.sprint.com/m/p/sprint/epc/epclanding.asp)... The lowest priced is the 500 minutes for $59.99 and gives you: "Everything Data plans give you unlimited data, messages and calls to any mobile, anytime while on the Sprint Network." I don't plan on using the wireless hub... so add on the 4G and its $69.00+tax/month (+7.99/month if you had the total protection insurance).
I'm on the SERO and it runs me about $45/month but its time for a phone upgrade so its either this or the TP2 and stay on the SERO
The summary alluded to this but mostly what you get is reflection off the canopy... when you start talking dense jungle.. triple canopy type areas then this is not going to be effective...
The DoD has been struggling with this same issues as well, they recently issued guidance that opened up social media on their networks.

I support this if it is still attached to the cats when we throw it in the oil
Except that you could use that 18,000 lbs of hair to soak up 18,000 quarts of oil in a minute... repeat every hour and soak up that 100,000 per day...

Doesn't seem that far fetched
While it is true some volunteered after the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan began, others were already in the service and though they may not agree with the policies of the administration, they still have a contract to fulfill. And then you have the other that are 15 years into their 20 year career, would you have them just throw that all way?
Yes it is a volunteer force... doesn't mean we agree with the wars.
I'd imagine the problem is power distribution. With these they could theoretically have local solar farms which in turn could power water purification systems and wells. Unless they can pave roads with these things, you've got me on that one. I can definitely see the benefit to developing countries or HA/DAR support.
What this country needs is a good five dollar plasma weapon.
