I live in a tiny city in Finland(30.000), nearest mayor town would be about 200 km, and even that town wouldn't be counted as mayor anywhere outside of finland :D

We have had lte for more than a year now and should be getting real 4g coverage somewhere first quater next year.

I pay 5 euro's for speed limited, but otherwise unlimited connection for my phone.

According to several american friends here in finland, the costs and taxes are pretty much the same until you go over 100k a year.

At his wages and hours, he would be in the 30% tax range in most countries. Taxes are more fluid here, so at minimum wage, it might be 10% or even less, where as at 60k and above it can go to 50% or more(minus tax lawyer crap)
