Teslas are cool as hell, but they are way too small to be practical for my daily use.

I'm gonna guess that the fuel saving would not be significant enough to offset the costs of the electric system.

Something similar seemed to be approved in November 2008. Anyone know why it didn't have any impact? As far as I can tell a bunch of tech companies complained that the requirement to listen for existing broadcasters, or looking up a database, was to expensive to implement in devices, and a bunch of existing broadcasters complained about interference. What will be different this time around?

Actually I found that there is a lot of advanced math/engineering content on Wikipedia that seems like only readers with intimate knowledge of the topics would be able to understand. My biggest problem with the articles was that there was too little intuition given to help an outsider read the articles.
