Murphy's birth control. It only works for people who want to have kids.

They were allowed to play. Everyone was allowed to *play*. The Japanese just lost.
NO! No amount of heat can cook the sin out of pork!
The reason they have to pull over is so that they don't park their car at the bar with the engine running. I've known convicted drunks who did just that.
They also get someone else to blow in it to start the car. I can barely believe that a sober person would be willing to do that, but it happens.
Your personal experience is not statistically significant.
It is always wrong to blame the victim. No one deserves bullying, and the victim of bullying is not at fault. Being different does not give someone the right to abuse you, any more than having money gives someone the right to rob you.
I keep wondering why anyone cares what he thinks video games are. Who elected him in charge of all that is art? It's the people who care what he thinks. I wouldn't even put him in charge of deciding what is a good movie. I'm certainly not interested in his opinions of the artistic merit of video games.
Sorry, there is nothing in "...threw a can of Red Bull at her..." to imply empty or full. You assume it was empty. I could assume it was full. Neither assumption is more valid than the other.
Maybe they weren't thirsty anymore. Maybe they didn't care about the cost because they didn't have to pay for it, or they didn't have to pay for anything else. Maybe they were trying it for the first time & decided they didn't like it. Maybe they cared more about torturing the girl than finishing a Red Bull.
Regarding American Culture, there is currently a TV show called "Glee" about a fictitious group of misfit students forming a show choir in their High School. They routinely show unpopular kids getting full slushy drinks (It is supposed to represent a 7-11 "Big Gulp") thrown at them by the popular kids: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWetvraKCA8
If you want the answers:
1) The price would be insignificant to me now, and the price would have been even more insignificant to me when I was a teenager and had no expenses.
2) A full or nearly full beverage container is much, much more demeaning.
3) As a projectile, mass matters. As humiliation, getting drenched in sticky drink is significant.
4) Most don't. Some do. Most people also don't bully. Some do. Most people can survive the bullying. Some don't.
Flying monkeys?
When my daughter was born, one of my coworkers sent me this:
It shows that the legal limit is not safe for frogs. Some would argue that the frogs can have an effect on human life. We might want to keep them around to eat insects & such.
Should our only concern be the direct effect on humans, or should we also consider possible indirect effects?

Not just on
Being far from perfect myself, I hate coming down on the side of the grammar police. However, you asked if you were missing something:
"it's" is a contraction of "it is", so the grammar is wrong: "It is neighbors."
The possesive form is "its", and the plural would be "they".
Hmm... I think you're replying to someone who is saying that you can use the coax to pull UTP cable. While using the coax instead of UTP won't work, using it as a pull cord should be OK.
Dynamically binding, you realize the magic. Statically binding, you see only the hierarchy.
