US media showing the world how to deal with such an event: Start with small notes and later, when the scale of the desaster knocks down the door of accumulating private wealth of the many make a dramatized TV feature and later a blockbuster about a brave ocean floor driller who tried to avert the catastrophe. But never ever mistrust the company in reality. You can still look surprised later when it seems appropriate.

I expected a majority in this anglo-saxon dominated poll to spend more money on food than on shelter. I'm a poor German. We don't own houses. We have to pay monthly fees for shelter. I recall a English woman telling me 5 years ago, that us Germans are all a bit cowardish, since most of us don't have the balls to own our residence, and if we we were better in maths, we would have come to realize, that it is much wiser to own a house and live init than to pay rent on monthly basis. BTW my expenses are somewhere around 2:1 (I'm an bit chubby though).
