That's all well and good, but some of us like to keep our warranties intact. I'm about to get an iPhone4 (not my first choice honestly, but AT&T is the only provider in my area with decent service ATM and the jesus phone seems to be the best phone they offer) and I would love to unlock it and be able to do with it as I please. I know you can buy an unlocked iPhone from Apple now, but why do that if I'm going to be paying the same rate (i.e. no discount for bringing my own phone) either way?

Uh...really? Because I think that would result in a lower balance in my account. Now, I could be wrong about this (I feel like i have to point out my sarcasm here), but those numbers in my bank account represent physical money that I can withdraw at any time. I'm not saying that everybody should be free to copy games and movies all they want, but that it doesn't liken to the proper definition of theft when I copy the items in question. I don't know why I'm responding to this...we've seen this argument here a zillion times.

i haven't even played the game in question, and I'm sure I'd enjoy it. I've played guitar for 11 years and I will do anything I can to advance my playing. This game isn't going to turn me into Joe Satriani. I'm not going to be the next Paul Gilbert. I can only dream of being Steffen Schackiner. But if this game brings me even one step closer, then it is worth it. I am almost entirely self tought, and i wish I had been classically trained. I think i do fairly well for myself (if that link failed and you're still interested, search youtube for anarki2004) My point is that it's up to you how far you can go. Not everybody can be Steve Vai, but anyone can try.

Ouch. That's rough. You would almost be better off with something like shitty HughesNet with their 250Mb per day bandwidth cap. Of course latency would be an issue. Also, who's the asshat that modded C64 offtopic? I suppose the bit about comcast doesn't add anything useful to the discussion, but it is at least partially related to the article at hand. If anything my comment is offtopic.

Submission + - FCC Chair Seeks Comcast-NBC Merger Conditions (huffingtonpost.com) 1

Anarki2004 writes: From the article: The head of the Federal Communications Commission proposed regulatory conditions Thursday to ensure that cable giant Comcast Corp. cannot stifle video competition once it takes control of NBC Universal. Comcast is seeking government approval to buy a 51 percent stake in NBC Universal from General Electric Co. for $13.8 billion in cash and assets. The deal would create a media powerhouse that both produces and distributes content.

I use a RIVA battery (available in a 901 or 510 style thread). My atomizer is a low resistance SLB 901 I also use an aluminum dripper tip

I might suggest a regular resistance atomizer for use with the RIVA as you can sometimes end up with a sort of burned taste. It takes some experimenting to figure out what works best for you. Your best bet is to head over to the E-Cig Forum and doing a bit of reading. There's a lot to choose from and you should be able to make a more well informed decision based on what you find there.

So perhaps some regulation is needed to limit the maximum concentration (not that I welcome such a thing). Stop protecting me from myself. Most people try a higher dosage because they want something called "throat hit". I achieve a good TH by using a low electrical resistance atomizer and a high mAh battery (low capacity batteries will be damaged by a LR atty). Nobody really NEEDS 36mg/ml concentration, but I order it so I can dilute it with PG or VG and get more e-juice for my buck. The moar you know and such.
