Comment Re:iPad books cost less? (Score 1) 396

Even if that is the case, that you get the same price via an iPad app/eBook, after factoring in selling the book later, that sounds like a win to me. You'll have the book later, if you ever wish to peruse it again, and you can search/highlight/unhighlight parts of the book. Also, you have justification to make your parents buy you an iPad!

I'm guessing this is because there is no practical alternative to planes. To travel overseas, your options are planes and boats. For one who needs to be a lot of places each year, a boat isn't feasible due to travel time.

Pick your own analogy:

So, when the PS3 came out, there were how many hundreds of PS3 titles already available, because you could play PS2 games on the original PS3?

So, when the XBOX360 came out, there were how many hundreds of XBOX360 titles already available, because you could play XBOX games on it?

So, when the Wii came out, there were how many hundreds of Wii titles already available, because you could play GameCube games on it?

And Detect Life. Don't forget the Detect Life. Once you become the Archmage, or get the Wizard's Tower in that one DLC, just create a spell combining the two to last for as long as your magicka can sustain, and for as far out (for Detect Life) as you need to not be spooked.

Also, once you hit level 12, start running Oblivion Gates. (Level 12 is the highest auto-level for the sigil stones in Gates.) Save when you reach the stone, and reload until you get the one that can enchant gear for Chameleon (I think Transcendent?). That's the quickest way to get to 100% ninja.

It's amazing what you can remember about a game you haven't played in about 3 years...

A distracted biker can be a danger to drivers around them, if the driver has to swerve or slam on his brakes to avoid killing the biker. Or are you saying we shouldn't risk other cars at the expense of one distracted biker?

I don't mean to take one side of the argument or another, but this is a point that I didn't see made. Yes, bikers violate traffic laws. Yes, so do drivers. Not all bikers are bad, not all drivers are bad. The danger possible with a car is potentially greater than a bike, but not always. Butterfly effect, man.
