Should we weight that which he did at 17 over that which he did in the subsequent 61-years? Including winning a Nobel Prize for Literature? And promoting peace over aggression?

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said Tuesday that President Bush personally blocked Justice Department lawyers from pursuing an internal probe of the warrantless eavesdropping program that monitors Americans' international calls and e-mails when terrorism is suspected.

So, the question is: did our President believe himself to be acting within his prescribed Constitutional powers? Or not?

TAMPA, Florida (Reuters) - A U.S. soldier recently returned from Iraq tried to force his way into the cockpit of a Tampa-bound Delta Air Lines jet and was subdued by other passengers, Tampa International Airport officials said on Friday.

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Republican Sen. Charles Grassley of Iowa is hoping to stamp out the sex trade by taxing pimps and prostitutes, then jailing them when they don't pay.

The Senate Finance Committee is expected to vote Wednesday morning on the pimp tax. The bill also calls for more jail time for sex workers.

Thursday June 22 - Abby decided to walk down the hall this morning. I am sooo very proud of her. She has been flirting with more than two steps for a couple days and now she is walking like a pro!

Thursday Night - remember that nail in my tire? No? Neither did I. The nail decided to "leave" my tire a mile from the strip. No tire shop in Vegas had a Wrangler ST 215 R16 in stock. Good thing I have a full size spare.

Music for me is a time machine. I can close my eyes during certain songs and I am instantly transported back to a specific place and time.

Dogs takes me right back to Santa Rosa 1989. I am in Marisa's apartment and the four of us (Matt and Chris) are getting high; listening to Dogs. Later, we ran across the street and into the park. We played played hide and seek for hours.
