By who's definition of disinformation? My question, as an engineer, is how Georgia (where I live) went from 3.5% to 0.3%. (for one example) That's not disinformation, that's based on info from Sec of State that I can check..) So it's a valid question, not disinformation.
From the article, in 2018, when 230,000 absentee ballots were cast, 3% were rejected for signature mismatches or other reasons, In 2020, when more than 1.2 million absentee ballots were cast, the rejection rate fell to 0.24%

If I had that sort of change in an error rate in my designs, I'd definitely be questioning it. (and I can't believe the citizens of Georgia improved their ability to properly do government forms by that big of an improvement...)
I find that math suspicious.
