Comment People Are Stupid (Score -1, Troll) 151

Christ people are stupid. Why TF would take a risk on such an obvious biased take?

Yes. At some point it MAY drop down.

The chances of it dropping in value in the near term future (I.E. before the next managed democracy 'election') are near zero. It took well over a decade for Tesla shorters/haters to be proven right. Guess how much money they lost over the past decade. Yeah. So this is same shit, different stock with an extra side of TDS.

They HAD to come down hard on it and discount it as a possible alternative. If they did not their emergency powers would not have covered the usage of completely untested drugs and therapies. Making the mRNA options illegal to admin to people. Even if said people OK'ed being an alpha-tester. Thats the fucked up part of the whole bullshit as the laws are literally all or nothing. Either there is already a workable if entirely shitty solution or there is no alternatives. With no room for 'why not both?!'. The system is fucked and I am glad the doc won.

DEI is a scam. Its a scam that literally tells CEOs that they can give themselves a bigger bonus for implementing DIE and die they do. "Go Woke, Go Broke".

It was literally on the tele yesterday that Hyundai wanted to charge 50K to replace the battery pack in a couple year old EV. Sure Canadian dollars are less than Yankee but holy fuck thats still ~35-40K USD. There is no break even at that price point compared to ICE. Especially as it was on a Hyundai with only ~178K KM on the odometer as even Hyundai ICE pieces of shit will routinely get over 200K KM before needing engine or tranny work.

Lets grant your argument that its only 1K for doctors. How many years of learning do they have to do before they get to the 1K practical vs. what a hairdresser has to do? The devil is in the details and while it is easy to grasp the basic concepts of being an electrician the real-world is anything but easy as those edge cases suddenly happen a lot more often than your professor thinks they are.

Plus you are just plain wrong. Its a 1K to get into their particular path. Then after they prove they are worth the time of the teaching hospital they then have to do years in their specific area of "doctoring" before they can apply and test to be become board certified doctors. So its years of school, then .5 to 1 year of general purpose slavery then its 1 to 4 years of slavery before they can even apply to their board certifications.

Its not the voltages its the AMPS those stations are running at. You bodge a 120/20amp single phase circuit you may cause a house fire. You bodge a 480 3phase 200amp circuit and people around you will be just as fucked as you are going to be. Thats why you leave the 3-phase tie in to your house from the pole to the professionals. Its not rocket science but its a fuck ton more complicated than herp derp lock out tag out sloganeering.

Yeah no. The term you are talking around is "rent seeking". Which is a bad thing, and only possible because of the existing duopoly of Apple-Google.

I think epic are a bag of dicks but it would best for all consumers if they win.... and then promptly go out of business. :P
