Did it say how many of those people are doing that full time though? Most MLM participants I've known have never quit their full time jobs. They usually do it for a little while, realize it has no chance to turn around the money they were led to believe they could get, and then they walk away. It's an expensive lesson for many.

Not to mention those who became participants only to access the product at a wholesale price and have zero interest in "business building". I know my mother did exactly that when we were kids as a price saving option for some A*way products we used in the house.
