Journal AceCaseOR's Journal: Help configuring games in Linux 1
I'm debating putting Linux on my new computer instead of Windows. However, I want to be able to use my computer for gaming. So, here's my question: Is it possible to get Mechcommander, Mechwarrior 2, Mechwarrior 4, Freedom Force, Quake II, and Worms Armageddon to work on Linux?

I don't know about the rest, but I have played Quake 2 under Linux just fine. OpenGL worked fine for me, in fact I got a better frame rate than with Windows. However, the sound quality was not quite as good.
