Journal FortKnox's Journal: Trifecta Complete 15
Today marks a sad day, when we lost the life of Jacob Cohen (aka Rodney Dangerfield). Shouldn't be much of a surprise, within the past three years, he's had 2 heart sugeries, a heart attack, an aneurizm surgery, brain surgery, and slipped into a mild coma. Regardless, its CaddyShack time tonight.
In other news, Howard Stern announced this morning that after his contract is up (in January 2006), he's signed a contract to move to Sirius Radio (satellite radio). Looks like satellite radio has its 'big star' now, so we'll see how it grows (the announcement already sparked the stock up).
And in even more news, Mel Brooks (the God of comedy in my family) is writing Spaceballs 2. To be out "a week before the next star wars" optimistically, and "a year after the next star wars" pessimistically. Star Wars 3 is due out in May.

I think satellite's a good move for him though -- he's blocked out of too many major markets for political reasons (ATL is the first that comes to mind) And Dish Network carries Sirius, so I'm all set. :)

And I was REALLY upset when I heard Gregory Hines passed away. He was never truely appreciated for all his talents, IMHO.
Cleavon Little... another one cancer took too early... ugh... looking at the cast of blazing saddles, a good deal of them had passed away. But the only real major one from SpaceBalls missing is John Candy....
