    • I have been made more aware of corn syrup in my diet because my mother-in-law is allergic to corn and so we try and buy corn-free stuff for her to eat. Holy Corn Syrup Batman!! It is really hard to eat corn free. As you said, it is in everything. There is corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup. And sometimes they need both.
