Yow! Most people go on vacation to see sights, but not quite like that. :-P

It's weird, I used to write stuff in my /. journal but it just sorta went away.

Well, now that I have DSL I can look at your site without waiting 3 hours for each page. :-D

I did see the sights, mostly abandoned buildings ;)

I had to do some touristy stuff, too, just so that I'd have pictures to show mom when I got home, but that was kind of enjoyable too. I think I have a couple postcard quality photos in there (they're mostly in the "the forks" gallery).

Oh yeah, my vacation was basically a 2 week long continuous photo shoot, I took 400 pictures by the time I got back, and that's just the ones I kept (I was constantly deleting bad ones to make room for new ones). My camera's image counter is up in the 2100's now, so I figure I took 1,000 photos while I was gone :)
