My most recent book is now officially "out". Frequent readers will recall that I said it would be out Real Soon Now. As of this morning, Amazon shows it in stock, which is the real measure of a book being "out" anymore.

Before I posted my own reply, it was offering to let me moderate posts in reply to my JE. Seems like that should not be allowed at all, or alternately, should be allowed all the time.

LiveJournal does it better - you can delete a comment in your own journal, screen it (so it's visible only to you and the poster) or "freeze" it, in which case no replies can be posted to that one comment while comments are open on the entry as a whole. Oh, and it doesn't do that lame "archiving" so you can reply to posts made ages ago, no problemo.
