SourceForge.net did really wonderful thing for the Open Source community whet it implemented democratic donation system. For any project, any user... Only one 'but'... All project admins have to opt-in for donation. Really ALL? Being one of three admins, I has experimented with the 'openl' project. First, I removed admin rights from all except me. Second, opt-in alone. Third, return admin rights back. Funny? If it is going about donation, then yes. How about nuclear missles?..
