Basically: turning creating a coronavirus vaccine into an 'arms race', countries jockeying for, gaming the system for, the vaccine.
My take on this? Hasn't changed: The vaccine, when developed, should be OPEN SOURCE; distribute the formula/process to create it to everyone, FOR FREE, to promote widespread production and use, and sell it FOR COST, at least until the damned pandemic is stomped on.
