Video of Debian running on the Motorola Atrix, August 2nd, 1011, almost 7 months before Canonical announces their "innovation" - running Ubuntu on the same device: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8-92J9hfkA

In other words, even if Canonical doesn't open-source their code (there are conflicting reports), who cares?
