I don't drink anymore, but when I *did*, I enjoyed some mead now and then, but not any poteen..way too strong, heh. We didn't do corned beef either this year. I spaced out on making some in advance, and dang I am not going to buy beef with a freezer full of the stuff, so we just went with a pork roast and trimmings. Good enough I guess.
