Mer_panacea's Journal: The riddle of twelve o'clock high

I always become sleepy at twelve o'clock midnight and I always feel like taking a rest and eating lunch at twelve o'clock noon.
I call this phenomenon a riddle of twelve o'clock high. Probably it relates to the height or position of sun. This is a biological clock.

Yes,it is.

Pretence to be dead is one of our biological defence instincts. That works when bombers are twelve o'clock high. I think I am under a strong inclination in this and that's why I am eager to lie down at twelve o'clock both at noon and midnight.

More scientifically speaking, it must be related to the gravity the sun gives off. We must be striking the balance at its strongest noon and weakest midnight by taking a rest or sleeping.

That movie is used in military leadership classes to differentiate between the friendly leader and the unfriendly leader.
