This not-smoking is hard! What am I supposed to do with my hands/mouth? Clean answers only please, I need to be able to do it at work...

Just keep your hands occupied

I've never smoked before, and have therefore never had to stop smoking, but finding a way to keep your hands occupied should help. Carry a squishy stress ball which you can fiddle with, or anything to keep your hands occupied. For some reason I always need something to keep my hands occupied, possibly because they are so used to being on a keyboard. I always end up playing with a set of keys, pager, cellphone or whatever I am currently carrying in my pockets. How appropriate this advice is depends quite a lot on the type of job you have though :)

Heheh. I'm a programmer, so my hands are usually on a keyboard anyway. Stress ball sounds like a good suggestion - I'll try to pick one up in town later when I pick up my three metric tonnes of chewing gum.
