  • Looks like some superb performance from your new camera body! My Nikon D300 arrived a few weeks back, and I've only gotten one real good chance to get out and work with it, but so far I've been very happy with it too. It's not a direct competitor to the Canon 1D Mark III, as it's a tier down (the Nikon D3 would be the same tier), but it's a huge step up from my previous Nikon D80.

    I've been thinking a lot about IR photography lately. Although I sold my D70s to a friend when I got the D300, I may buy anoth

        If you want a good example of what color management in the browser can bring, compare that D300 Vibrant Mode shot between Firefox 2.x and either Safari or Firefox 3.x.
  • Hah! I came across this because, well, it's 12:30am and I'm restless. And what do I see, but SLC, in all it's Christmas Glory. I left Utah for a very good reason, but I do miss the light displays. Thanks for the shots!

      Hey, thanks. Happy to provide the shots for the community which is exactly why those shots are there. I've always thought I'd leave Utah, but the good jobs just keep coming. I miss the people in Texas, but you gotta love the outdoors here. The hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, etc...etc...etc...
