Devil's Chair

The festival programmer who introduced this movie called it a cross between Hellraiser and an Irvine Welsh novel. That description was spot on. A man accused of killing his girlfriend spends four years in a mental hospital being convinced that he is guilty and gets out if he goes to the scene of the crime and works through it with a psychologist.

Nice twist in the movie and great use of post production work to give the film different film stock looks at different points.

Overall 8/10.
