Today I received a box of documents from my attorney's office. The box contained around 2500 copies of documents that were supposedly seized from my home on September 27th 2006. Our attorney asked us to look through the box and list the items of which we need the originals. That's a problem because they didn't take more than two to three hundred documents that were related to Gulf Medical (checks, receipts, bills, invoices, etc ) Alaa's address book and date planner. My mother's college transcripts, marriage certificate, birth certificate and other items. The box even contained copies of my birth certificate, passport, and a notebook. The box didn't have half the items we need back like property deeds, bank books, and many other item which the FBI stole.

        How is it possible that they gave us more copies of items than were seized and they still are missing key items? Well lets go back for a second. I said they had copies of my passport and birth certificate. First, I have my birth certificate here with me. It was not one of the items that they seized. Second my passport is in my possession (the one that I got in Oct of 2004). They did have a copy of the passport I reported missing the one that was issued to me in May of 1996.

        Ivan made land fall on September 16, 2004. I got a phone call from the police while I was in Dallas with my family. They said my door was open and the police were at my home. I told the alarm company to disable the alarm and instruct the police to close the door behind them. When we came home I noticed that nothing of value was missing. What I did notice was that my files and disks were out of order and documents were missing. I had an idea that Hatcher, Bezet or their buddies at the bureau were in my home. Shortly thereafter ,I told Bezet and Hatcher to take a hike. I mean why bother asking me to steal something when they went ahead and did it themselves.

        The FBI has been in and out of my Mom's and Dad's home for years without a search warrant. Most of the copies they gave us were of items that were destroyed in Katrina and not items seized in at my home. Why would Bezet asked me to spy on mosques and steal items from Gulf medical (on tape) when he had them all along?. I had a good idea of what they had in mind when they asked me to take over Gulf Medical and run operations inside of Iraq. Fat chance. Bezet and Hatcher would have had better luck asking a black panther to spy on the KKK. The Iraqi's would have spotted me a mile away. George and Dick don't mind throwing away the lives of 3800 Americans, but I do. No way was I going to become another casualty for a under planned half thought out scheme.

        The box also contained documents that we never in my family's possession. These document could only have come from different ministries in Baghdad, like employment records from my mother's tenure as an instructor at a high school for girls in Baghdad. So the question is: how many secret warrants have they executed on our home and how long has it been going on? Or did these agents have a warrant at all? The letter releasing these items to the lawyer specifically states that all items in the box were "seized in connection with a search warrant executed in September 2006." Most of the personal items in the box were either never in my family's possession or missing since 2002 or shredded after the death of my Dad in 2004. If my father was targeted then why come after me? The law states explicitly that one person can't be charged for the crimes of another, but maybe that's just the written law. We know that the black population on a whole has been condemned solely because they are black. There will never be justice for me and my family in this country. Is fighting for truth, justice and the American way just a way of digging deeper the hole of loss of freedom and violation of constitutional rights and civil liberties? From the bottom of the pit, I can barely discern the blue skies of freedom let along make out any color at all on the rectangular cloth they call the symbol of American liberty and justice.
