Love is the following scene at Home Depot, last night:

Her: Did you find the miter saw you wanted?
Me: Yeah. Instead of the 10" model in the ad, I decided to get the 12" laser guided model.
Her: OK.
Me: It really will be more useful. Do you want me to go over my reasoning?
Her: No, I trust your judgment. How much is it?
Me: Uh, about $200. That's about $100 more than the one I was looking at in the ad.
Her: Oh, when you said you'd settled on a 12" model, I thought it would be $500. Do you need anything else?
Me: No.
