slothman32's Journal: commercial property with naked people

Many places have laws against indecency; such as naked people on public land.
Similarly, the acts of them within their private residences are more unlimited.
Doesn't that imply the private areas like a mall can allow that?
What about a private house with it visible to the public?
Why could the gov't prohibit it in private homes? Just because it is visible from the public?
Does that mean any commercial, that is an area open to the public but not owned by the gov't, real estate can still have laws normally applicable to public only applied to it; as well as the private rules?
