Journal ThePromenader's Journal: All's well in MS hell
I've been following this 'ol horse's giddyup since a few years now, I guess it's about time I tried my hand at riding it.
I do like /. for its overal general stance against MS, but the biggest reason I dislike that company is... that they've never invented anything. Well, Flight simulator was cool - but it's been a while since '86.
One of the biggest reasons I am wary of all MS does is that they owe their success to the same tactic many religions use... endoctrination. It was given to the masses free (and still is) while they were small of mind, and now that they're all growed up the world has a mass of "it's good because I don't know anything else" idiots to deal with. Oh, yes, we mustn't forget the dreadful blinkered "it's good because I bought it" believers or the "It's good because I paid them $1800 to teach it to me" world-dominator wannabes...

I have better things to do than flame MS - One of the reasons I like the mac is that it takes less time to get a job done on it. Off to other things... another entry for example.
