RIP Masslinux?

We've been getting a lot of submissions lately reporting on the apparent vanishing act of Masslinux. We've had some pretty angry submissions, with loss of projects cited, as well as some curious ones. Has anyone heard anything? I've tried to contact the owners and just got bounce-back e-mails. Post below if you know anything more.
