Journal: Slashdot and sarcasm

Americans just don't get sarcasm. Several secret psyops posts I've made on slashdot which I cannot reveal but they are actually taken seriously and at face value and not understood as sarcastic or ironic or preposterous.

Cultural difference I guess between America and the UK, I think Americans get it when they hear someone say something, but they don't get it when it is written down.

Then again, maybe the US is not the worst. It's well known Canadians have no sense of humour at all.
