Journal: Learning PHP

Been debating on the validity of a "Learning PHP" book, like the llama book for Perl of the same type. I could do it, I am sure of it, I just would need to know the validity of it, is it something needed?

Moreso, would it be focused on teaching users PHP, or teaching them programming using PHP?
