Found my old /. account again. I just read my old posts and feel slightly ashamed but never mind (except for that music one... what crap was I listening to?! Setting myself up to be embarrassed by reading this at a later time I should mention that I don't listen to that bad music anymore but am into Godspeed You! Black Emperor, A Silver Mt Zion and Yndi Halda nowadays).
It's funny to see the uid of this account. I thought it was somewhere in the high thousands but apparently it is much lower. When seeing it I remembered spending time procrastinating before signing up (I could have had a two digit uid if I just signed up right away). I'm wondering how many of the low uids are still on /. now. The quality has gone downhill compared to before, even the trolls are pale copies of the old ones. I keep coming back though since every now and then there is the occasional story that is worth it and also reading some of the comments make it all worthwhile.
