Journal: what ever happened to my Apple IIe?

I've used a couple of other names on slashdot, so I've been lurking here longer than you think- In fact, I remember when "lurking" was a much frowned upon activity- back in Usenet days. Now I wished more people would lurk and less contribute. Oh well. StarNet is inevitable.
