Professor of English and Comparative Literature 1988-2007 at Georgia Southern University. Linux system administrator. Web application developer. Contract technical editor with Microsoft Press 2001-2007. Editor and writer in the Microsoft Dynamics AX Content Publishing group 2008-2014. Senior Technical Writer for AWS Cryptography 2015-2023. Now freelance. Resides in Lower Queen Anne, Seattle, Washington.
