Journal Journal: Notemine Kick-off Party at Isotope Comics
We're having a party! In honor of the launch of Notemine, we're headed over to Isotope Comics, the coolest (and probably biggest!) comics lounge around.
Get a hands-on with the product, meet the team behind Notemine, and schmooze with comic book and animation celebrities Ken Pontac, Marv Wolfman, Tommy Yune, and more!
This is a great opportunity to start your GDC networking a few days early, find out about Notemine, or just have a good time. Did I mention we have an open bar?
Notemine is a world-changing form of communication, expression, and art. Instead of focusing on the "social graph" like traditional social networks, Notemine connects people through their emotions as well as peers and is the first such online community to focus on the "emotional graph."
Notemine works by allowing users to create thought boxes with custom colors, formatting and emotion "tags." Through both friends lists and these tags, custom "streams" of thought can be created and viewed. The "thoughtstream," or master feed of all thoughts, can be found on the front page and continuously updates with new thoughts.
