I know, I know. It's common knowledge that the world is silly. I don't care how much proof has been submitted before... We can always show more. I'm getting slightly annoyed by FreeDB. Why is it that the .rar file is 150 megs but when it's uncompressed its nearly 900? Why can't we have a server program that can read the data compressed? I know it's possible. Maybe not all the way compressed to 150 but I'm sure that even .bz2 would make it small enough. Seriously though I would have a TSR if it meant that I could save 700 megs on my already hurting laptop.

I'm VERY picky when it comes to TSRs. I won't even run Yahoo messenger when I'm under windows because it is always in the bottom. I hate when programs that I don't need use my CPU power. WTF is with the Winamp3 TSR? Why is it necessary for something like that to run? I just feel that it's only purpose is to watch what I'm doing and tell AOL about it.

Are today's technological advancements causing war? The war with Iraq is on all the news right now. They say the war is because Iraq wont disarm. The question I have to ask is this. Who cares if Iraq has missiles that can go 2-3 miles farther than allowed? They STILL can't hit us. Believe it or not we live on the opposite side of the world. If WE wanted to hit THEM it would take a missile costing more than the GNP of Iraq. I think the real reason we are attacking Iraq (maybe not yet physically but soon) is for the oil. Our SUV and jet plane society can't survive without middle-east oil. To that I say: We don't need a society that is based on such stupidity. Who is with me?
