So I bought a 19" NEC LCD Screen. Fear actually tore through my body because of endless amounts of articles I had read of dead pixels. I have 2 dead pixels but to be honest I dont really care. Moving from CRT to LCD is so enjoyable that 4 or 5 more dead pixels would not have bothered me.

So lately while reading Technical sites I have noticed that when they have screenshots they mark them with there logo/name so another site cannot use the screenshot. This strikes me as rather odd. Is a screenshot really that hard to get? Would the text to the article be far more valuable than a simple screenshot. Anyway I find it assuming. Why would you destroy the visual appeal of your on article to prevent some from "stealing" your screenshot. I have never written articles so perhaps I am missing something.
