What are you talking about? Anonymity does not equal the First Amendment. You have every right to post whatever you want on NBC's forums - they just want some information in exchange. Don't like it, don't post there. The First Amendment only comes into play when somebody tries to prosecute you for what you've said - anonymous or not.

High-speed EZPass lanes exist, notably on the New Jersey Turnpike. The lanes are 55 mph, which is the speed limit of the highway at that point. Plenty of other roads I've seen have 25 mph lanes (the George Washington Bridge is a notable one). So it's quite possible.

It's not free - it's just included in the IT fees that you pay your school. Most schools have "free" printing to a certain point (X pages per week or per semester), and then pay-per-page after that.

In fact, in a stereo recording, most of the information will be played back by both speakers.
Go listen to early stereo recordings (ex. The Beatles). Typically very little will be down the center - maybe the bass, or drums. Everything else will be on one side or the other.
